Status ratings

Hi,

please note that adding status ratings to the wiki isn't sufficient. They need to be added to the respective aircraft's -set.xml as described at Formalizing Aircraft Status#Encoding the rating. Else the rating won't show up in FGRun or the aircraft download page.

Please create a merge request to get the ratings in Git.
