Pygments lexer for Nasal

Background at:

Nasal is close enough to ECMA/JavaScript so that we can take the JavaScript lexer in javascript.py class pygments.lexers.javascript.JavascriptLexer [1] and remove unnecessary stuff and other a few Nasal specific keywords/operators:
