Unreadable and duplicate?

Hi,

not sure what the purpose of this table is, but it is pretty much unreadable. And we seem to have two versions now:

• File:EAF_OFFICIAL_RANKS.png
• File:Ranks3.png

I'd like to delete at least one, probably the first, as it isn't used...
